Oh man, you can't beat the food nearby! Just a hop away, you've got Pasar Malam for local delights and Meng Meng Roasted Duck that'll make you swoon. Plus, my stay in the Superior Double Room was comfy, but the real gem was the super quick response from the staff whenever I needed help.

Now, let's get real—the room had seen better days, with furniture showing its age and a few stains here and there. The pillows? Not the freshest look. Plus, traffic noise did sneak in at night, adding a little unwanted soundtrack to my stay.

Dismal wifi connection!!! Fridge dial is confusing and difficult to manage!!! Musty smell in the door access area while the dirty windows are a real eyesore!!!

The location is unbeatable, just 400m from the JB CIQ taxi stand and adjacent to City Square and Komtar Malls. It made exploring the area super convenient. The hotel staff, especially Indah at the reception and Jasvin, were super cooperative and welcoming. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, although options were somewhat limited. The room size was decent and clean, but it had a strange moist smell upon entering. The air conditioning was effective, but some of my friends’ rooms had weak units. One room received was missing a good view, just facing an office tower. Housekeeping was responsive and kept everything tidy despite some wear and tear. I noticed some rust in the bathroom and the need for better aircon filter maintenance. The pillows were too soft for my taste. If you're looking for a budget-friendly stay with excellent access to shopping and food, this place fits the bill, but just prepare for a few quirks.

Just a great fit for a brief retreat in Johor Bahru with exceptional value. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, making my stay comfortable. If you're driving, be prepared for limited parking spots nearby.

Decent family spot near the mall

Stayed in a family room for a night. It was clean, but the tv was a bummer, only had a few channels and couldn’t get Netflix. The staff were super nice, though! Oh, and the convenience store right outside was really handy for snacks. Just wish the windows fit better. could hear the street noise loud and clear.
